Two great conferences coming up
July 10th, 2008 | Published in UXD
This fall I can see at least two great IA/UXD conferences coming up in the US. First in August, there’s Adaptive Path’s UX Week 2008 in San Francisco. It’s not cheap, but the speakers include Bruce Sterling, Mike Kuniavsky and Audrey Chen, and Nokia, RIM, Sony Ericsson, Google, and Yahoo are just some of the companies that are attending the 4 day event.
In October, it’s time for IAI’s yearly IDEA Conference. The registration fees for the 2 day gathering in Chicago are very affordable, especially for IAI members, and the list of speakers includes David Armano and Chris Crawford. I myself probably won’t make it to UX Week (sigh), but there’s a good chance that I will be in Chicago for IDEA. See you there?
