NetFront goes 3.5
February 10th, 2008 | Published in Mobile
NetFront, possibly the most advanced microbrowser for cell phones and other small devices, is soon coming out in version 3.5, which takes great use of widgets.
Sadly, my current cell phone plan here in Canada doesn’t allow to me really use anything more than standard texting, phoning and a bit of mobile web over EDGE, but perhaps that’ll change soon (rumor has it that Rogers is set to launch new data plans on March 18th. The new pricing models are still a far cry from the 9,90 – 19,90 EUR a month, download-all-you-want HSPA services in Finland, but it’s a step in the right direction). Those of you who are interested in finding out more about the upcoming NetFront 3.5 can check out this video clip.
