Joost Gone Public

October 8th, 2007 |  Published in Uncategorized

After a long time of beta testing, Joost finally opened to the public on the 1st of October. I was a beta tester for a long time, and have to say that while I agree that Joost lacks must-see content like Mathew Ingram wrote in The Globe and Mail this week, so do almost all other TV channels, regardless of the technology used to distribute the program. There are so many other things in the world these days that television just doesn’t stay on the top of my list anymore, if it ever was there. I like Joost very much for what it is, and I think if the programming keeps getting better over time like it has so far then Joost is gonna stay on the list of things I like to do for entertainment. The picture quality could be improved a bit though.
